Was a wonderful. More upscale than the other ships I've cruised on. It was such a great experience, I hope to be able to travel again soon. Was concerned about Covid protocols, but masking and sanitizing worked well. Felt comfortable.

Lido Market was very good, glad they set it up so that the food was served, rather than serving one's self. Pinnacle Grill was excellent, and dining room as well

waiters were excellent in Lido Market, always there to keep beverages filled, and very personable. Room stewards were great also. Whatever we needed, our requests were fulfilled in a very timely manner. Photo ordering experience was not good. When picking up prints, they weren't correct, had to return later, then not correct either. The person at the photo area was very nice, and actually had the prints done immediately and picked them up for us.

Very lovely cabin, so much more room in bathroom, than the older ships I've sailed. Always kept very neat and clean.

Study the ships directory and map before you go, if you haven't sailed on the ship. It will help when you are on board.
not enough time there. We did the glass bottom boat ( the glass bottom was dirty and we couldn't see clearly. But enjoyed it. Did the tour of the island, and that was great.
Was disappointed that there were no retail shops near the ship. We took a bus tour, booked thru CruisesOnly, was wonderful. Only 6 passengers, and the tour guide/driver was just great!
Beautiful port - the bus tour, also booked on CruisesOnly, was great, saw many interesting sites. The explanation of the tour led us to believe that we would go to the Seaquarium, and then shopping, but we had a choice of only one. But really liked the Seaquarium. And the retail shopping right at the port was sufficient.
We were late arriving in port, thus late disembarking. Seemed to have to wait a very long time, and in the terminal, found it hard to find the transfer busses. Had to ask several times for directions. The bus waited till it was filled, which I kind of understand, but we were concerned about making our flight.
