Review summary
had some missteps with booking agent. wonder why we received no choices of packages, no suggestions for excursions, etc. Perhaps our travel companion who asked for two cabins next to each other discouraged the agent, but not having full explanations of the cabin locations or onboard packages really was disappointing. We also were not sure who exactly our agent was. Aside from booking snafus, the cruise overall was very enjoyable and ship was gorgeous and comfortable, the staff friendly and ready to serve.Embarkation

we did not understand that Deck 1 meant lowest deck. We thought we were on the highest.
