Review summary

Even though we missed going to the Cayman islands,(the port we booked this cruise for) it was still a good cruise.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Quick and easy, HAL has really improved the process

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Main dining room just so so. Lido buffet good. Rudi's Sel de mer-- outstanding

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Pools very good, except the seaside pool was supposed to be adults only. The signs were plainly visible, but ship personnel did not enforce.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Not up to par

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Excellent service from all we interacted with.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Beautiful, well designed ship. Spotlessly clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Although small, the cabin was comfortable and user friendly. It had every thing we needed. The bathroom was fine, the big glass enclosed shower was wonderful.

Ship tip

The music venues are all great. The main stage shows, not so much.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

5 out of 5
Easy to park and depart.

Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island)

5 out of 5
Great beach day!

Ocho Rios, Jamaica

Ship docked at industrial port. Walked into town. Once you got passed the weed sellers, visited a few stores downtown.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Fantastic. We used the global passport line and bypassed the crowd. We found a porter who assisted us to the midport parking garage. We had our bags, through customs and in the car in 15 minutes.
