Room service was top notch, very friendly and tried to take care of issues quickly

Shower was terrible, they tried to repair but scolding hot water was not controllable. Toilet would overflow onto the floor in the morning and stayed at a high water level but would flush no problem. Refrigerator did not work, all drinks were warm. Telephone did not work so they sent a repairman and when he showed up asked to see the TV. Not sure if the phone was ever repaired. Only turned the TV on for the safety video.
