The Nieuw Amsterdam is a great ship. We loved it. The food was absolutely delicious everywhere but especially in MDR. The staff in the buffet were wonderful. Always smiling , friendly and ready to help. Even though it’s a buffet I love how they serve you. No long lines either. Hamburgers at the Dive-In were the best we’ve ever had and the hotdogs and fries were great also, Not a lot to do on the ship during the day but that’s what the ports are for and ours were great. Our cabin steward always greeted us by name and asked how our days were in port. He was great. Would definitely go on Nieuw Amsterdam again.
