Rooms with balconies are very comfortable. The entertainment was fabulous. The food in cafetereia was ok, but food served in the restaurant was very dissapointing.

great ship but bad in high winds

While the ship was beautiful, the wait staff seemed a bit disorganized.

The cruise director lacked initiative. Maybe because this is our 10th cruise, and we kept comparing him to other cruise directors. We did not feel "involved." The Mardi Gras parade is over rated. The no smoking policy in Royal Caribbean is ridiculous, and makes the smoking guests feel uncomfortable. The small areas allowed for smoking were overcrowded and lacked enough ashtrays. It is our sincere belief that Royal Caribbean did not explore alternatives for the smokers - probably the person in charge of this policy is a former smoker that wants to impose his/her views and not the customer's.

The ship was absolutely amazing and very spacious. Always something to do and never felt bored. The variety of restaurants/cuisines and activities was wonderful.

The cruise was a lot of fun. We were surprised by the "pay for soda" concept when other drinks were generally free. Our kids had a great time, they loved the buffet and the room service. People were all very friendly

A beautiful ship and cannot think of one small complaint ... perfect!

The ship was very clean. All of the employees were very efficent and very nice!! Food in the dining room was great along with the service. Windjammer food was a little lacking and got old eating the same things everyday for lunch and breakfast.

The ship was absolutely beautiful. The stateroom was very roomy and lots of storage space! The Royal Promenade was amazing. The free shows were absolutely outstanding. There were so many things to do on the ship, I didn't want to leave! There was not enough time to do everything I wanted! The ports and excursions were great. Would highly recommend the Navigator of the Seas and the Royal Caribbean Cruise line. We were treated like Royalty!!!

The ship was very clean and had many activities including the miniature golf course, rock climbing wall, ice skating rink, and theatre. Tons to keep you busy.

I will not reccomend anyone to go on this ship

this was by far the most amazing trip i could of gone on with such a good price the ship was 5 stars by far it was clean staff was friendly the ship had plenty to do it rained and we didnt for one second get bored. food was great service great i would go on the exact same ship again and even pay for the same trip 100 percent worth it

Navigator of the Sea was a huge ship the was very clean, the bed in our stateroom was very comfortable. Nice to have a balcony to enjoy a drink and the sun. The crew was outstanding and went out of their way to make the cruise enjoyable. The food was good to with a nice selection in the winjammer cafe'. I would cruise with Royal Carribean again!

Very clean, good service, super Food Everybody very friendly

This was my first cruise so i had high standards which were met, the staff were so friendly, and the junior suite was surprisingly spacious, activities were plentious, did not care much for the nutcracker dining, the choices were not much,but the windjammer and jade cafe`s were abundant with choices more than you can ever eat.

This was our first cruise and overall everything was very good. I was disappointed in the small crowded pools which were too cold to swim in. Our suite was wonderful.

very impressive...the perfect place to have our family reunion. My parents took my family and my brothers family for the cruise of a lifetime. We will do it again next year!

It is like a floating hotel. It is very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
