The crew is dedicated to serving your every need. There a lots of different foods on board. Most of all it is such a pleasure to see a combination of global cultures working together in unity to accomplish a common objective of the cruise.

The Ship was beautiful, nice and friendly staff throughout the ship. Great Ice Skating Show ! The room was very clean. The only thing was i felt the food was lacking just alittle bit of Quality, However the Service was Excellent, and very Friendly.

First cruise for my wife and I. Too many people! Pools too small. But service, especially at dinner was excellent. Loved our dinner waiters! Probably won't cruise again.

I would go on this vessel again! Really a lovely, comfortable ship with a great lay out of the promenade etc... Unfortunate not to have clocks in public areas or in the staterooms. Food was always great with many choices! Staff always helpful! Dining room staff most entertaining as they performed their responsibilities! I also loved the way Delta worked with the cruise line to enable us to use the newer Luggage Valet Service: a decent price to not have to think about the luggage once outside the door as you checked it into the airport AND checked us into our flights!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ship too big and the disimbarkment was terrible. We took our luggage off ourselfs and our neighbours from Scotland were getting back on th ship and just wanted to go into Ft. Lauderdale to shop for a few hours before getting back on and had to line up for about a hour with everyone else who was picking up luggage and going through security. We left the ship at 8.15am and this should have been a fast production.

Overall it was nice. The Promenade was a great addition.

The ship was clean, the staff was excellent and the entertainment was good. This is third cruise we have taken on this ship and we enjoyed all aspects of the cruise. The available programs on TV was substandard.

Loved the ship, the food, the pools, the activites. Cruise was full of couples, and, elders-which I love but would have liked to have met and hung with singles!

We were really impressed at how friendly and helpful all the the staff were. We also really enjoyed the excursions that we took.

Great Ship! Everyone is pleasant, friendly and clean. Waiters and staff all wonderful.

The ship is excellent. The crew provides excellent service. The only disappointing part of this cruise was booking with Skymiles Cruises. Avoid this agency and just book directly with the cruise line. You will be happy that you did.
