We always enjoy a Christmas Cruise with the Royal Caribbean Family.

This was our first cruise, but definitely won't be the last. We're hooked. RC does a great job of taking your vacation to the next level. Thank you!

We drove from the mid-west to Miami, so we did two cruises while there. The dual cruises made the drive worth it. Any visit to the ABC islands is well worth the time and money. Best destination RCCL has.

Great crew, great ports, great ship, great passengers! Very relaxed atmosphere.

Cruise on RC was okay. Some past amenities now missing. Will be going back to Celebrity.

This was a great cruise, highly recommend. Our waiter, Iputu, and Asst. water, Filip, were the best we have ever had, excellent service in the Main Dining Room.

This was one of the best Cruises we have taken, the staff was the best and the food was excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise. The food was good, although we heard from other people that have cruised more than us that it was ok. Also, buy excursions through cruise line, not good experience through . Best thing we did was to get a balcony, bring our own water and buy a beverage package. Staff all over the ship were awesome, always helpful. Everyone should go on at least 1 cruise in their life if they can afford it.

Would definitely cruise this ship and itinerary again!

Excellent cruise for the price. The stop in the Bahamas is underwhelming. Could have done without that. Labadee was awesome!

This cruise was a nice get-away for my husband and I. We enjoyed sailing the beautiful blue seas on this extraordinary Ship! We enjoyed the staff's professional services and great customer services. We will definitely cruise w/ Navigator of the Seas again!

First and foremost, my husband and I want to thank the crew members who took care of my special needs (food allergies) each day. Junior Chef (Brian), need to be promoted to Sr. Chef. He was awesome and tailored to my needs and made sure that there was something on the menu that I could enjoy. In the dining room "Anson" made sure that the food was delivered, and the senior dinning room manager who oversee "Anson" and the dining room crew was very adamant about serving me the right meals (can't remember his name). Please let them know that we are very grateful for their service and hospitality. Lastly, Julio made sure that our room was always clean and has fresh towels. I was very worried about my stay aboard the ship and what was I going to eat for the five days... but it worked out just fine. Thank you!!!!

Could've been better... The entertainment was boring.. The Jamaican Band played the same songs every night. The DJ didn't play great music selection. Your menus didn't play to the fact that not everybody eat Pork

For a transatlantic cruise the TWICE-revised itinerary was totally unsatisfactory for anybody having flown in from North America, New Zealand etc. To visit Gran Canaria, Freeport, (or Coco-Cay), then Port Canaveral was disappointing, even when taking into account the "inclement weather conditions". Please explain how Port Charges are calculated, per person. No doubt those charges would have been high if the ship had docked in Boston and overnight in New York. The staff provided excellent service to passengers, most of whom were extremely disappointed about the itinerary and the standard compensation.

Disappointed at so many itinerary changes, but travel guidelines clearly give RCCL authority to do so when they deem needed. That said, cancellations by so many disappointed cruisers certainly resulted in attentive service for those who stayed on!

3 itinerary changes, no refrigeration for my meds, no creamers in the dining room - totally unacceptable. No variety of herbal tea in dining room. RC tried to help and were at the mercy of the weather. Lousy variety of goods to biy. Overpriced. Casino needs investigated for fraud. 8 random drawings - same person drawn 3 nights, a man drawn twice. Defies logic.

Royal Caribbean delivered consistent, excellent service again!

Third time I have traveled on this line. Except for entertainment, I was satisfied.

We very much enjoyed the cruise and the ports except for the fact that this cruise seem to be understaffed with employees. Many venues were understaffed throughout the entire cruise.

Excellent trip visiting countries I'd never seen before. I only wish it could have been longer!
