Review summary

We asked for special service for our 50th anniversary (willing to pay), but nothing was provided. Guest Service and Room Service was very difficult to contact on the telephone. Many times I gave up after being on endless hold.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
There was no one in charge of assisting passengers trying to figure out how to check bags, which line to get in. What a mess! There were long lines with porters taking people out of line to make money, and others driving up and going to the head of the line. Very disappointed with the initial process.

Nice, but the bed was hard as a board.

Ship tip

Drinks and services like photo and other services are way over priced.

Ports of call

San Pedro (Los Angeles), California

5 out of 5
No excursion, but the port was okay. Nothing special!

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

Excursion was nice, but no wheel chair service for one of our elderly guest. He had to walk a long distance from a tender to another tour boat. It was very difficult on our disabled family member.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

4 out of 5
Nice, but nothing to write home about.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Disabled family member received very little assistance.
