Overall the cruise was good, staff was friend, boat was clean and entertainment was entertaining. My husband and I are not drinkers but we do like a glass of wine with dinner or a cocktail after dinner so the package is a waster of money but so is single purchases. They really need to come up with some variety packages or something. I also didn't like having to pay extra for certain meals or an "upgraded" quality, I rather increase the price a little per person if guest are interested in trying a "signature" restaurant.

Food and Dining

Overall food was good, for a cruise ship. I didn't really like have to "pay" for and upgrade on certain kinds of food like steak. We ate mostly in the dinning room and the chicken and shrimp dishes were the best. I like that the had different specialty dishes every day as well as some standard daily ones. Staff was attentive and friendly.
Onboard Activities

Weather did not permit us to get in the pools but they looked invited. The hot tubs were constantly full due to the weather. Rock climbing wall, water slide and basketball court was a nice.
Entertainment

The comedian was FANATASTIC, he was really funny. They have plenty of shows and activities to keep you busy and they all seem well throughout. Loved the movies on the deck and the club played good music if you wanted to get you dance on.

Service and Staff

Staff were really nice, sometimes their attentiveness came with a tip which I don't understand since the ship automatically charges $15 per person per day in gratuities but oh well.

Size of room was good, it was actually bigger then I expected. Our room had couple of large, noticeable stains on the carpet and some on the curtains and after awhile, you just need to replace things. The bed was NOT COMFORTABLE, so firm that I work up sore. If it was not for the pillows, I would say it felt like I was sleeping on the floor.
Ship tip
Be prepared to pay extra for the simple things. They charge you for everything from water, soda, alchohol and meal upgrade.
Mass market line passengers are generally price sensitive. People do not want to pay for what they do not use. If you want to pay just a little bit more, Disney and Virgin do not have those extra charges except for alcoholic beverages.
