Review summary

I’ve artists to RC twice and have not heard a word back. My experience was fun in spite of Royal Caribbean not because of them. The crew members (especially those in guest services where incredibly rude.) My room was not very clean and didnt come with promised amenities.

Mold on sheets, nasty carpet, toilet issues, only saw my room attendant twice and one time he berated me for not calling him directly about the mold.

Don’t get the junior suite. It’s not worth the money

We didn’t do any of the ship excursions but for a day pass fo a hotel. It’s was amazing! Best part of the trip.

I guess our cruises on Royal Caribbean we’ve been lucky to have such pleasant crew members and good dining experiences.

Sorry you had issues. We have cruised with Royal Caribbean multiple times and never had similar issues. Sometimes a cultural or language difference can be perceived as someone being rude.
