Stay Home Or Take Another Cruise

Horrible review the cruise can change itineraries to make sure you are safe!!!!!! Do you want to be at a beach and be hit by a huracan???!!!! The ship maps are available when you book a cruise so I will have been a good idea to take a look at it instead of complaining because of your lack of planning.

What a sense of entitlement. Thinking everyone owes you something. Good luck with that. As the other reviewer said, Ship Happens.

Next time maybe you should read your cruise contract!

Guess you won't cruise anymore. That's how all cruises work.

Most ships have split decks of some sort. IIRC, Studio B venue bisects decks 2&3 so there are cabins in front and in back. Whoever booked the cruise had access to the deck plan and could have easily seen that. Voyager class ship design elements are still being used 20 years later in the Oasis class. Largest in the world then to largest in the world now.

This is how cruises work...they do what is the safest for the passengers. They can change it and not give you a thing.

What were they supposed to refund? You paid for a cruise and got one.

Sounds like because they canceled Cococay it made everything else bad...not a fair review.

All cruise lines change itineraries for a variety of reasons - weather, mechanical, medical, political reasons, etc. The contract everyone agrees to when booking states that ports and itineraries are not guaranteed. No compensation is required. Try NCL and Great Stirrup Cay, you will get there 40-50% of the time.

Stay home

Wow what a terrible review you should stay home

Some people should stick to land based travel and local malls where weather in ports will not bother them. When you book a cruise far in advance you or cruise line does not have a clue what weather will be.

Just another negative person that is no loss to Royal Caribbean! Its amazing how someone can be so miserable and negative when they are on vacation. Especially when there are millions of people in the world who would die to have a roof over their head. No offensive to anyone who books rooms on the lower floors, but your expectations seem to out weigh the price you paid (could afford) on a vacation. Perhaps next time you just stay home and find things to complain about there.....

I think that is the risk of booking a cruise. We also had cancelled ports with other cruiselines (weather, engine problems,...) Just enjoy your holiday...

I know they have to cancel ports due to weather which they have no control of. They normally refund the taxes and port fees when that happens.
