Review summary

We had 5 balcony cabins on the 9th deck. We asked our steward to open the partitions. On Norwegian we were told no, but she did it for us. It was great having one huge balcony so we could all visit with each other throughout the day when we just wanted to chill

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Literally on the ship 5 minutes after arriving to port

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
It was the best food we've experienced in the MDR out of all our cruises. Malcin was awesome.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
We enjoyed the water slides. The flowrider looked neat, but nobody tried it

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Not much for entertainment at night

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Our 16 year old son and his friend had a blast in the teens club

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Kevin in the Schooner Bar was top notch! We even hung out at the lagoon the day at Coco Cay cause that is where he was scheduled our day at port. We didn't experience bad service anywhere on the ship

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
We like going outside and walking around the ship. Limited decks to do that.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Definitely could use more outlets

Ship tip

Its clean and food in MDR was good. Buffet needed a little more variety. Not as much entertainment that we are used to and not alot of quiet outside areas on the decks. But service was great.

Ports of call

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
We did ziplining and it was fun!! Water in lagoon pool was cold, but plenty of chairs for our party of 10. Buffet food was ok, but Kevin was our server and we never had an empty cup!

Miami, Florida

5 out of 5
Didn't spend time there

Nassau, Bahamas

5 out of 5
Went to ATLANTIS again. Finding the water taxi off the ship was a pain and they made us wait almost an hour before leaving. People won't hound you if you nicely tell them "no thank you " when trying to sell you something

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Smoothest we have ever gotten off and we were one of the last groups to disembark. No mayhem at all
