Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Staff was curtious, but looked tired because of continuous work. Heard from one of the crew members that they work for 7 Months straight (7 Days a week). For someone who works that hard - this crew was doing good.

Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Cabin was good, except that the Bathroom/Shower does not drain properly. If you are someone who takes shower for more than 2-3 minutes water will start backing up. After every 2-3 minutes, shower needs to be turned off and wait 5 minutes for water to drain before continuing to use the shower again.
Ship tip
Keep Asking customer service about activities, otherwise you will not know.
There is no parking available near the port, getting Parking for vehicle before taking cruise is difficult and with construction going on around the Port - getting there is challenging. Always give yourself an extra hour.
First i am glad you enjoyed the cruise! As a first time cruiser you dont know what you dont know! My first cruise was with seasoned cruisers so it made it much easier. The shower should have been fixed. Anything wrong with room let your room attendant know and they fix it! Someone mentioned cruise compass. You get one every night for the next days activities. There is always a lot going on. Meal preferences can be made with your booking. Your travel agent failed you there. As far as the port...that can happen and yes research is nice. If you allow extra time and do a little checking ahead of time it does save stress and frustration. This site is also very helpful for tips from seasoned cruises. Now that you know book your next cruise and have a fantastic time!
Yes you should of spoke to the cruise line before you left they do special menus if they know 🤷🏼♀️also if you knew your ports you where going to you could of researched them before you left and as for the ship there is a lot of information on the internet and you could of asked cruise buddies on here before you left .. it really was up to you !!!!
You should receive a cruise compass every day telling you all activities, where and when. I have seen special meals cooked for people. Did you ask anyone about more Asian or Indian options.
