Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The my time dining was awesome and the 2 waiters we had were GREAT...they were the only 2 on the ship that truly deserved a good tip!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
My whole family loved the pools and we tried the casino to and it was a good time as well... even the water slides were lots of fun! The arcade really sucked cause it was way smaller than it looked!

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The DJ and Musicians by the pool were really good we enjoyed them

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
My daughter had a great time and she is ready for our next cruise

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Over all the staff was great we had one bartender that was very rude and wouldn’t get our drinks without walking away from us several times, he never smiled or seemed friendly and I even heard other guests complaining about him...

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The ship was very clean at all times and easy to find ur way around

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
I must say the beds are horrible all we could feel were the springs in our backs every night I couldn’t wait to get home to our chiropractor... the cleanliness was good except for the bleach or whatever chemical was left on the bottom shelf in the bathroom that ruined my daughter’s brand new bathing suit top!

Ship tip

Ask several people if you have a question about anything cause you seem to get different answers from different staff and make sure you have a picture ID when you get off the ship not just your sea pass cause no one tells you that you need it to actually get back on the ship matter of fact I even had a staff member tell me I didn’t need it just my sea pass and he was wrong I had to go through extra security in the Bahamas just to get back on the ship...NOT a good experience!!!

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

Not very pretty really a ugly port for your background in your pictures!

Nassau, Bahamas

2 out of 5
This port was a bad experience my daughter was scared of all the people running up on us to sale us things, to many people brushing up on us making us feel like they were going to pick our pockets, people trying to sale my son drugs, and we did an excursion to swim with the dolphins and the workers were very very rude and NOT professional acting at all... the 2 young ladies never let us know they were the staff we were supposed to be meeting up with instead one never said anything to us and the other just sat on her phone never helping us while we sat for almost an hour waiting on them to show up... they just sat beside the whole group of people like they were just 2 girls sitting on a few steps in the Bahamas... when she did finally ask us for our tickets and gave us a bracelet we all thought she had just stolen our money cause she just ran off like a block away and didn’t come back for like 20 more mins... then even the 2 men that took us on the boat over to the private island were rude never really helped us onto the boat even made us walk down a small concrete wall and step over a rope with no steps to help us get on the boat... Not good for kids, elderly, or bigger people!!! All the time asking for tips!!!

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

4 out of 5
This port was great and the island to...I do wish more of it was free since you already pay for the cruise!!!

Disembarkation

To early and the line to show your birth certificate and ID was extremely way to long next time my whole family will definitely have our passports to exit off sooner instead of waiting in the horribly long long line!!!

Someone doesn't understand the basics of cruising.

How about paying them and not being tight

Why would you not want to pay the gratuities? This is the primary income for many of the employees who serve you on the ship.
