Review summary

We had a great relaxing holiday. And were that relaxed that we probably didn’t use all that was to offer. Food was ok, it could have been better. The menus were a bit hot and miss. Food in windjammer was better that the main restaurant.

The ship is starting to show its age. But still have a good atmosphere.

All good. Although this time we only did the ice skating.

Entertainment

Very good selection. From the comedian to the stage shows to the ice shows. Good selection. The music around the ship was a bit of a let down compared to other cruise. Lines though.

Service and Staff

Very good stateroom attendant. Basil. Amazing guy. Nothing too much trouble The waiters we had for 6 of the nine nights were excellent. But as we were on my time dining the people on the desk sent us to different waiters on a few occasions even though saying that we would have the same ones.

I like RCI ships. And the navigator was the first ship we went on. Other that the fact it is getting on a bit. It’s a great ship and was clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

Clean tidy. Only issue we had was it was an inter connecting room. Because of this you do not get a sofa or coffe table.

Ship tip

There is only one place to get food between 4pm and 6pm. And that is the cafe promenade. On days were the sail away is around 5-6 it get reduculously busy and cannot cope. So have that in mind.
