Review summary

This cruise was ok going to the same places, but if you like to buy booze or smokes be prepared to pay a tax on those things that Texas has imposed. They put these taxes on these items to have cruisers pay for their tax short comings.

Navigator doesn't go out of Texas but Liberty does. Perhaps you sailed on her years ago. RCL cannot control what laws are imposed for taxes on drinks.
