Review summary
The amount of time in some ports was not ideal - for example 2 pm-10 pm in s
San Juan and having to be back on the ship by 2 pm on Labadee. We had several maintenence issues in our cabin, although once we reported them they were resolved quickly. The upgrades such as flat screen TVs and interactive systems were great-but the bedding was not as comfortable as higher class ships. Quest game had to be cancelled 2X because the ice rink floor would not close.
Embarkation was very quick - but we arrived around 10:30 am. Debarkation was not well organized. We used self service - leaving at 7:30 am, but found some of the handling of the customs lines to be poor. We were forced into a line that was also used for passengers in wheelchairs - so while the other lines around us proceeded through customs quickly - we waited while one wheelchair passenger after another skipped in front of us. We finally complained and the person directing people forward allowed us to move to another line.

Ship tip
If you have been on ships that serve the delicious "kemmelwerk" beef sandwich - you will be disappointed to find this ship does not have it.
