Review summary

Overall disappointed this time great experience prior to this sailing. No priority with wheelchairs. Phone calls on hold for10-15 minutes. Staff hard to find to get answers. No compensation for delay.Going on cruise next month & don't want to go but will lose money.

Typical comments from someone like davebhoy, saying why do wheelchair users get priority? Unless you are in one, or have someone very dear to you in one you have NO idea!!! And I'm not on about people who go round in motor scooters, I'm on about permanently confined to a chair. One day in future you may be in one or have someone dear in one. Then that comment will come to haunt you.

Try different lines, they all offer something a little different . Then you can compare, even ship to ship is different , enjoy life

Why should wheelchair users get priority? Assistance obviously, but not a reason they should go first. And you've not said why you should get compensation. ..

Again another one that feels like they should be compensated for absolutely nothing. People finds things to make up. My wife is in wheelchair and didn't care if we were first or last to get on. Being in a wheelchair does not mean u get first dibs.

Love your comments jwolf. The cruise is a great deal .I heard a few issues on that sailing, All out of RC control, I feel it was addressed correctly.

Really, you want compensation for what? Not answering the phone. What questions did you have where you couldn't get an answer, so you decided to give the cruise 1 star.
