5 Night Western Caribbean (Ft. Lauderdale Roundtrip)
Sail Date: March 10, 2008
Ship: Navigator of the Seas
Cabin Type: Inside
Traveled As: Couple
Reviewed: 9 years ago
The Navigator of the Seas has been in service for some time. The carpets were soiled in front of each stateroom door on our deck. The meals were well prepared and tasty. All but the steaks, that were tough, stringy and one grade lower than fast food. The shows were well done. The Mayan tours were well done. The cigar bar was too small for the crowd. And the whisky selections were poor to meager.

Don't Miss: Mayan ruins of Xunantunich bring Mayan history to life

The ship staff recommended some of the better shops in town, but the best bargans were on the side streets
Don't Miss: Tulum - Mayan ruins are magnificent

Pros: Week-long party atmosphere

Cons: Long waits to re-board from ports-of-call
