Main Dining Room on Navigator of the Seas

Had the Main Dining experience the last sea day of our Cruise. Unfortunately because we had a large group the scheduled us for the lastest time for dinner so we missed the dinner show. But all and all everything was great, out waiter Putu and his assistant Shuzhen were great. We really enjoyed getting the time to meet them.

Thomas was great but quite, but the assistant waiter was bad. Did not take the empty plates away, when he filled the water or tea, he over filled them. Food was ok, not great not bad, just ok.

Wait staff are awesome but what has happened to the food. I wonder if the focus is now on the Pay dining venues. My husband had steaks that were tender but tasteless.

The food was outstanding and so scrummy, but more importantly my sister and I was treated like royalty and that was all down to Robert and Aru our waiters, they made us feel so welcome and cared for, that by the end of the trip they were like good friends. I so hope on my future cruises I have the honour of meeting these 2 amazing gentlemen again.

Table 350 was fantastic.

Food fabulous and waiter's too

Very poor. The food was good but badly presented and sloppily served, I am silver service trained and this was unacceptable service. I must say our assistant waiter was brilliant
