Review summary

We had fun but probably won’t sail this cruise line again. Prefer Carnival for the fun and better service

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was good but service in the dining room was the worst. We had anytime dining and would go when it wasn’t full @ 730-8. So slow and orders often mixed up or forgotten. Forget about coffee and dessert... took 2 hours just for appetizers and main course

Metropolis Theatre

Worst room steward ever- was condescending and rude. Dining room service the worst as mentioned above

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Very clean but dated and worn in many areas

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Family sized with bunk beds in addition to twin beds. Looked clean but found toenail clippings on carpet near bed. Fridge did not work at all. Phone was not working. Obvious rust in areas of bathroom. Was roomy and had good views from huge portholes
