Review summary

Given the frequent negative reviews about MSC, I was not expecting a lot. However, I was pleasantly surprised and had a lovely cruise on the Virtuosa. The service was fantastic with most staff going above and beyond, exception being the casino bar staff. The food was pretty decent with plenty of options. There were issues with overcrowding and excessive queues to get off the ship but overall, I had an unexpectedly good time.

@Nikki22 I posted two pics of my room on this site. If you look under the cabins section for the ship, you should find them there and listed under my room number 11135.

Do you have any pictures of your cabin please? I am staying in 11132 and 11134 so imagine it’s the same as the one you stayed in.

@WonderWoman8405…I can see how it looks strange. I did the 5 day cruise (Med cruises allow you to join a full cruise at different stages/ports). Unfortunately, shipmate doesn’t allow me to review that portion so I did the review for the whole cruise, which started on 1 July but you’ll see I only reviewed the ports I visited not the full itinerary!

Seems like another fraudulent review considering under your cruises it says you boarded the Virtuosa July 1st 2023 for a 14 day cruise, then you have one that says you boarded the Virtuosa July 10th for a 5 day cruise. That would be impossible considering there would have still been 4 days left on the July 1st cruise. 🤨
