Our trip did not go well. We came home sick with Covid. We (my husband, and another couple) became ill within five days into our cruise. We spent the remaining days sick in our cabin. I saw the doctor onboard and requested a Covid test and was not given one. There needs to be an improvement on sanitation on this ship. It was so evident that money and time are not spent on sanitation (ie. lack of hand sanitizer dispensers, the furniture in cabins, lobbies and restaurants are stained and visibly dirty). It was just unhealthy.

Food and Dining
1 out of 5
Need improvements in cleanliness. Sets in buffet area were dirty and stained. Too many people in an area that has food opened and exposed. This was mostly due to only one buffet restaurant opened at one time, instead of having both buffet restaurants opened at the same time.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
There were too many people, especially children in pools and activity areas. However, the wellness spa was wonderful.

Children had a blast!
Service and Staff

Room stewards were excellent, however, some of the wait staff and other ship personnel were not to helpful. They were unable to answer basic questions i.e directions, instructions, and how to? We spent much time walking around trying to figure things out ourselves.
Ship Quality

The furniture in the common area including any carpet need a good detailed cleaning. They are visible stained and dirty. There was a lack of hand sanitizers around.
Cabin / Stateroom

Comfort and size were fine, again the sofa was stained and dirty as well as the carpet. I happen to take an extra bed sheet with me and I would cover the sofa with it so I could sit on it. The cabin crew did a good job with basic cleaning of beds, towels, trash etc.
Ship tip
Take plenty of hand sanitizer, wear a mask, and if you go see the doctor on the ship demand they do Covid test if you feel you ill.
There are going to be kids in the pools and people all over. That is what happens on a cruise ship. I’m sorry you got Covid but people are not going to stay in their cabins and do nothing.
