Review summary

It was a nice week, not sure I would do the itinerary again as 3 Italian ports too much for me. The msc way of new people at every port is a little strange and not something I think I like. Msc has its place and offers good value drinks package and if I get a good price I would do MSC again but if looking for luxury MSC is not going to be what i book. Its got a very European feel and people don't que or let you out of lifts.

Food was OK, but you get what you pay for great selection of drinks, slow drinks service especially on deck 8 buffet.

Cabin / Stateroom

Good location but not clean. Dust stuck to walls, wardrobe runner needed a good vacuum, no soap in bathroom on arrival and never topped up ( we had our own but besides the point) balcony disgusting and made worse after the weekly clean. Black hair all over it, cabin steward not friendly, asked for 1 extra pillow you would think I asked for the moon. They clean twice a day but apart from make bed and change towels he didn't do anything else. For a ship only built in 2018 the cabin was looking tired. Mattress protector all bobbles and that didn't make for a good night's sleep. Ncl beds much more comfy.

Ship tip

It's very busy and not many British people, mainly suited to an Italian Market.
