Loved this cruise, hands down the staff was what made this such a memorable experience. 10/10 would recommend MSC to anyone, with no hesitations. Will be back on board ASAP! Thank you Maria, Primas, and the entire yacht club staff!

Only ate at the yacht club restaurant, had an amazing time. Loved the lady who sat us each night, forgot to remember her name. She had blonde/brown hair, always smiling, extremally pleasant.

Our butler Primas, was wonderful, extremely helpful and our best butler yet on a cruise ship. Then there was Maria, the yacht club director. I've never seen anyone work so hard, and was the nicest most funny and fun person I've ever encountered on a cruise ship. She is hands down why this will probably be my favorite cruise ever. Loved her, and everything she did. Another outstanding person was Max from the Champagne bar, very pleasant and super helpful.

I think the Yacht club is the answer. If you travel any other class, not as good. I have cruised MSC before and found it mediocre at best. Not travel as a Yacht club passenger, it maybe the way to go. That's the impression that I get. I'm glad you enjoyed your cruise. Thank you for your review.

Thank you for the uplifting review. My family is cruising in October on the MSC Seaside and after reading all the negative statements, I became extremely worried, as this will be our first cruise with MSC… I look forward to a great trip …
