We had a great 4 day cruise on the wonderful Seaside! I will be looking to book this ship again!
Embarkation

We were on-board and enjoying the ship before our scheduled check-in time.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Don't believe every bad review about the food. I only did the main dining room once dinner and once for breakfast, and it was fine. I just found the buffet had many choices I like, and I could get in and out quickly.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We caught 2 shows, silent disco, managed to slip into a hot tub to ourselves. Got into the main pool. Even got my butt on some of the slides.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Peter Punk was my favorite show we attended. Starwalker was okay. Enjoyed the silent disco. Fun watching people dancing to different music at the same time!
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
We found the service to be very good. Yes, there were busy times and areas. But if it was taken a while to get a drink, I would just move on to another bar. They were everywhere. Found myself mostly going to the marketplace bar in the buffet on deck 8. Only seconds from my cabin. Was disappointed with the sports bar. They had plenty of beers on draft, I thought. But each time you would order something it was out. Then, they would remove the handle. It seemed like a game of smoke and mirrors! Certainly, they don't need all those taps just for Heineken! But they had plenty of variety of beers in the bottle.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The ship is beautiful! From our balcony cabin on deck 9, we could navigate to areas in a short period, mostly using the stairs. Elevators, you pic the deck you want, and it assigns you which one to take. Loved the glass bridges.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was great. Starboard midship one deck above the infinity bridge. There is plenty of storage space. The bathroom is a bit tight. Air-conditioning maintained a cool temperature. Never was to warm even in and out of the balcony constantly.
Ship tip
My advice is not to listen to every bad review posted. The Seaside has a lot to offer, and she is beautiful!
We did self assist or no tag luggage. I believe they call it. It was a long line twisting around deck 6 that ends take your through the main theater and back out the other side. Seem a bit much. But we breeze right through the terminal once we gotten off the ship. On the road by 8:30. It really paid off parking at terminal 6. Most everyone that had driven had park at terminal 10 on embarkation day. So they were waiting on shuttles.
