I will never sail on MSC again. Poor management/organization, poor training of staff, bartenders did not know how to make common drinks and which glass to use to serve a drink. Rushed dinner no time to enjoy meal. Not the cruise's fault but transportation to parking locations were terrible. 2-3 hours to get a ride/shuttle to car.

food servers were good, but they rushed you through dinner. Brought soup and salad at the same time. No time to enjoy the food. Only saw our room steward twice in the hallway. She never introduced herself or asked if we want or needed anything.

I'm not real big but it was very difficult take a shower. They should put brushes on shower walls and I could spin around and wash my body. People a little larger than me would find it difficult to sit on toilet or get off. Who ever heard of square drinking glasses. Not easy to drink from.
Water was great. No shade, limited chairs, $30 to rent beach umbrella, long walk for lunch, poor shuttle service, Only went to one beach but there was no info on what was on other beaches.
sat in lounge area as recommended. Sandwiches and water were provided. No announcements were given as to which groups were being called. Went to deck 6 at our appointed time. Still long lines Sat some more. Finally heard announcement all color and numbers are free to leave. Then they tried to rush us all out.
Sounds legit. My first MSC was in the yacht club, so no problems there. My next one was on this ship in a balcony with my two grands. You’re lucky you even got into the dining room. We never did the lines were so long. The food choices were horrible. The bar staff DID NOT know how to make common drinks. Their entertainment was good. Not enough activities for the family. The kids enjoyed the island, which is pretty, but very rocky. I also would never sail MSC again.
Sounds like to me yiu spent your time dwelling on the little things that resulted in you having a bad cruise. I've cruised on Seascape and had a great time, with great food and service, of course not all ships are the same, but I didn't experience any of your issues on my ship.
