Review summary

It was the worst one we have been on! Carnival was better! The casino was hot as hell! The dining area was hot! Elevators were horrible! I would not recommend this ship to anyone!

Food was not that great. The way they have it set up you wait forever to get thru the line it was horrible! It was very hot in the dining area also!

Staff was not very friendly! We cruise at least 2 times per year and this boat is the most unfriendly boat we have been on! They could not answer questions and when they did the answer had nothing to do with what you asked them!

The pool area for this kids is a poor design. There is no where for the parents to sit and watch the kids without getting wet! You had to stand!!! Terrible, terrible design!!!

I cruised on the MSC Seascape last Jan and had a great time with great food. I will admit, 2 out of 7 day the service was a bit slow, but it was worth writing up a review and complaining about it. Since it's a Mediterranean cruise line, I think air conditioning is not a priority as it is in America, cause the Seascape was a bit warm in places, but again nit worth my time to complain about it.
