Embarkation

Really and truly a breeze! Very organized on this 4500 passenger ship!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food was all great! From marketplace buffet to our 9:30 dinner seating, it was all perfectly orchestrated and our dinner waiters both Raymon and Dennielle were amazing at table #380. All the dining staff was so gracious and kind and attentive to detail! We got the drink package and was a big reason we picked MSC. Such a great deal and heavy pours! All the bartenders were so nice and attentive!

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
You can do as much as you want or as little! Always something fun to do. We laid by the pool and also got a cabana on Ocean Cay! So amazing 🏝️

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We saw all the evening shows and was very entertained. They only last about 35 minutes but were great! We got there about 30 min early to sit in front row! Well worth it!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All the staff was very nice. All from about 30 countries and so amazing to talk to when they have the time! Our room steward, Coronado was great and so much attention to detail.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
This is the largest ship I’ve been on, 4500 passengers! Other than getting on and off you really wouldn’t know it. Very smooth and no sloshing around at all. It’s like sitting in your living room or laying in your own bed at night. We love it!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin steward Coronado, was like a ninja! Hardly saw him, as they know when you are in your stateroom and not. All the special touches was amazing!

Ship tip

Have no doubts about MSC. Although they are alittle newer on the cruise scene here in the states, I’ve been on 12 cruises and they are extremely great! We had the drink package and it was one reason we booked with them. Such a great deal. We will definitely cruise with them very soon! All the staff was great and so gracious!

Ports of call

Nassau, Bahamas

Let’s just say Nassau isn’t what it used to be!🥲 The “Straw market” is now so commercialized it is sad. The new pier, only about 8 months old now, is way to much walking and poorly laid out IMHO! Only being there for a few hours, we will just stay on ship next time. Beautiful water and such nice people overall. We did a self taxi tour outside the pier and was about $225 including tip. Was worth it but we want the old Nassau back!

Port Canaveral, Florida

5 out of 5
A great place to cruise from. We stayed 3 extra days after cruise in nearby cocoa beach and saw a SpaceX rocket launch! So much to do and see there like the Spaceforce museum and all the great seafood!

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, Bahamas

5 out of 5
Such a nice island that MSC did for cruise guests! All 100% great. They even take the drink package on the island and we also snorkeled and found many shells and saw some beautiful fish! We did not do an excursion bc we brought our own snorkel gear! Had 2 chairs and a cabana as we looked at the ship all day! So amazing!🐟

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
They made it very easy here again, all quick and we parked right at the dock in the parking deck. Took maybe 20 minutes and we were done! While needing to be out of your room by 7am, you can get the breakfast buffet then go to a lounge and wait a few minutes for your group to be called. Very much easier than it was even 10 yrs ago!

Traveler Photos

Professional vaudeville show! This was at Nassau and our ship dwarfed the other old battleships! Most gorgeous ship of all! Outside view of infinity bridge Infinity Bridge! Wow! Sushi conveyor belt! Yes, you heard me right! All u can eat and just keeps coming!
