Review summary
I was pulled by security , they popped my luggage open then taped it as they damaged the zipper. I had insurance but when I called MSC’s I got the runaround. I was transferred numerous times I eventually stopped calling and told myself never would I sailed with them again nor recommend them to anyone. Our Tee shirts and Backpacks carries our flag 🇯🇲 but that doesn’t make us Drug Dealers. We are Proud Jamaicans. We were racially profiled on MSC’s Cruise because of our attire.Embarkation
