Review summary

The itinerary that was originally planned changed since there was a hurricane. The alternate port stops they chose were great, kept us safe and mostly dry. Most of the service on the ship was top tier.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Embarkation was a bit disorganized. The staff gave a number to my party as we went through the document check, but it was hard to tell what number they were on as they were telling them out.

Butcher's Cut

4 out of 5

I did brunch at Butchers Cut on the last sea day. Everything tasted very delicious and the service was great. My meal said it came with sweet potato tots but they didn’t show up until I asked for them. Not a bit deal, just a little frustrating.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Clean cabin! The bed was comfortable and the gap between the two mattresses never started to separate which is fabulous. We had a full couch in the room, which appeared to be a sleeper sofa as well.

Ship tip

The drink package is a great value!

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
More disorganized than embarkation. It was a bit confusing getting off the ship as they created a maze of chairs. In the terminal they kept directing people to different areas, although the wait was still just as long.
