First time on MSC will probably be my last, several europeans on the ship that causes lots of confusion and most are very rude. Food & Bev Service and Quality was Below Average close to Poor. I'm loyal to RC and wanted to try something New I wish I had not.

Main dining service was great food was very average, specialty service was great food below average Not worth the upgrade save your $. Buffet service DIFFICULT it's all over the place the food quality below average most food was warm Not Hot, breakfast was BAD OMG they can not even cook eggs, the omelets were gross, the crew cook had no clue how to cook over medium eggs "the Ham and hash browns were good. Over I found the food quality below average.
Onboard Activities

Pools are Small, No Bar Service at the Pool, You Must Go to bar and wait and wait and wait for a drink. Not allowed to have a drink in or by the pool was annoying.

The main shows were Good, other live music average.
Service and Staff

Cabin service was average, NO Server Service in the Bar areas you MUST Go to a Bar and stand and wait and wait and wait for a bar service so annoying. I found Arya the bartender in the Venchi chocolate bar who was AMAZING he and Maylene were the Best Servers on the ship. Do vist the Venchi Chocolate Bar.
Juice stations on the ship is Very Poor quality juice, if you REAL Orange Juice you have to PAY for it.

Cabin / Stateroom

The Cabin was average the closets are very oddly placed and difficult to access cabinets in the bathroom are at an odd angle right in front of the toilet causing you to have to sit at and odd angle was not pleasant. Lots of USB ports and wireless charging on the desk was very nice.
Ship tip
take a cab or uber do not use there transportation it's Very Disorganized, Take Cash to pay off your onboard Credit or make sure you CC was charged or they will not let you off the ship.
Total Cluster F. Was Group 1 for prepaid transport the airport, when scanning out was told my CC was Declined for $168 my card has 100k limit and it was clear had to go to customer service and that took 45 min and that caused me to miss my bus to airport. Several passenger had CC issues was just not me.
