Was able to utilize my diamond member priority status. This has been missing for some time due to Covid but it was great to have it back. MSC was gracious to let my friends that are silver join me in priority line.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
As always we had no issues with the food! The food was amazing, fresh, and service was very quick. You can definitely tell MSC is listening to the feedback in this area. Every night we sat at 6pm and were done with dinner by 7pm. José was amazing! Our biggest disappointment was the limited wines available. Our entire party loves moscato so with it being on the Easy Plus Package we were excited. However, the ship had no moscato the entire week (second cruise, same issue in March). I understand supply issues but with this being the second cruise without certain wines I’ll reconsider my next upgrade on drink packages moving forward.

Entertainment
3 out of 5
Overall the entertainment was good but as for the theater productions I’d still love to see improvements in this area. The stories are hard to follow and lack substance in my opinion. I still would love the return of the Michael Jackson show.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
As some cruise lines are experiencing staffing issues we never had an issue with staffing onboard Seashore. Ship felt over staffed and always someone there to help you if you needed something. Everyone was polite and acknowledged you.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
The ship was ridiculously hot the entire cruise. A few ship officers acknowledged there were some AC issues onboard the ship. A few guests I know had issues with AC in their rooms but were quickly fixed. This should be addressed immediately. Overall the ship itself is very clean and designed perfectly.

Ship tip
Be open minded. This isn’t your typical American cruise line. It’s culturally diverse.
Best of Cayman Excursion was fun and relaxing. We were taken to multiple stops along the way such as the Rum Store, Governor’s Residence, Town of Hell and more. Clean transportation and driver was friendly. Unfortunately, the only negative experience we had was too many excursions at one time trying to visit each stop made it hard to enjoy fully. Felt rushed sometimes.
Jeep & Snorkel Excursions was not what we expected and almost walked away from the excursion. If you’re group isn’t in 4 you will most likely be split up. Our group was which wasn’t mentioned in the description. So our experience wasn’t what we expected. The food was the best part of the excursion. Visited a lighthouse, beach and swamp area. The description said beginners snorkel but that was far from the truth. When we brought these up to the excursions team onboard they were surprised by our comments. Immediately made notes and said they would address these concerns. I personally would steer clear from this excursion. Not worth it.
