Review summary

Loved this cruise itinerary and loved the ship. MSC is a great cruise line but the customer service prior to getting on the ship is awful. Highly recommend you use a Travel Agent to make your life easier.

Embarkation

Easy as can be. We sailed using the YC experience, so from the time we dropped off our bags, we were escorted through the security line quickly, to the checkin and then up to the YC area of the ship by one of the butlers. On board within 20 minutes of arival.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Food was good. The sushi at the sushi restaurant was mediocre but overall the food was very good. Wish there was a little more selection is all.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Good number of things to do on the ship. Just not nearly as many for a ship this side as RC ships have.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Theater shows were decent and last around 30-45 minutes. The Caberet was great and hit that each night.

Service and Staff

You don’t get much better service than what we experienced in YC

Easy. Butler took us to the checkout area, showed our badge, walked to the customs and the scanned our face and then grabbed our bags and were at the taxi area within 10 minutes of leaving.
