Overall, I was pleasantly surprised. MSC has some bad reviews on YouTube, but I had a pretty good experience. It was a good value for the money but be aware of a lot of up selling for every single thing.

The specialty restaurants were excellent. Buffet was ok for grabbing something quick, but not a huge selection. The main dining room was better than the buffet, but had both great and not so great experiences with staff in the dining room.
Onboard Activities

Wasn't able to lay by the pool at all because first thing in the morning people put their towel's on a chair to reserve them and never come back for the rest of the day. There were never any chairs available by the pool. Didn't use any of the other activities.
Entertainment

The entertainment was great, except for one male lead singer. His singing was pretty bad. He sounded great once his singing was drowned out by the other three excellent singers.

My room steward was excellent. The wait staff was hit or miss in the dining room. I had both some very good experiences and some terrible experiences with my wait staff. I can provide more feedback if interested.

Cabin was very nice. Everything was great except not enough plugs to charge devices and no outlets near the bed for CPAP Machine.
