We did not do any speciality dining but the dining room food was good. We wish they had at least one complimentary dining facility other than the buffet and the main dining room

Our waiters Sonny Banegas and Junior Sierra were excellent. Kanesha our room steward was also great. She made sure our bed was comfortable to sleep in

My only problem was the bed was hard but Kinesha added an extra duvet to the mattress that makes the bed more comfortable. Our toilet kept overflowing and I called for assistance twice and it took an hour before anyone came to take care of the problem. The bathroom was flooding with water. It was scary and upsetting.
