Review summary

Lovely ship, felt like your intruding on someone else cruise due to the constant embark and disembark at each port. The bars are not open even on sea days until 6pm, except 1 bar Preziosa bar opened at 3pm with limited seating and the bar in the buffet. Constant announcements in 7 different languages every day even in cabin there is no escape from them, staff not too friendly compared to other liners, service is quite basic overall.

Was very dusty didn’t look like it had, had a proper clean for a while! This was the FANTASTICA class but seemed quite basic compared to other cruise lines and the cabin is smaller than other liners, you have a speaker above your head in bed and they do announcements everyday in 7 languages and it comes into your cabin! It was awful as it was many many times a day and no escape from them! The bed was made as a queen and was ok not the best or worst the Wetroom pull down seat on wall is the small plastic type which was ok for myself but they are not comfortable or very stable.

Ship tip

Only 2 bars are open during the day all the others don’t open until 6pm, even on sea days which isn’t great when you have paid for a drinks package. It’s also like a bus service where people embark and disembark at each port, felt very busy and rushed and as if you were intruding someone else’s cruise, certainly wasn’t the relaxing enjoyable cruise we hoped for and be prepared for the multiple announcements in 7 different languages each day many times a day, gave us a headache as there is no escape from it.

Not sure that some of the information on this review is correct... When we sailed MSC bars were open pretty much all day and into the early hours for those who wanted to make use of them... We had the drinks package and whilst we don’t over indulge you were certainly able to get a drink throughout the day, especially on deck where we spent plenty of time...
