This was our first experience with MSC and it was so positive, that we will definately consider for our future travels soon. Quite a value.
Only other suggestion would make is to provide local maps of areas

Main dining room, food and service were outstanding. We used the dining room as much as possible including breakfast to avoid the buffet. So crowded. Variety was good. Wait staff were outstanding. Bar service was efficient. Appreciated the quality of the liquor and the drinks. But at time they were frequently out of beers of our choice
Onboard Activities

Pool side. Ping pong, mini golf. Card room. Process for signing up was efficient and a good way to plan. Enjoyed them all

The stage shows were average. Musicians/Djs were very good. Enjoyed the amount of areas with different music options

Everyone was helpful, couteous, friendly. Good models of your customer satisfaction standards. Everyone greated you, Room staff were outstanding. Dining room staff were outstanding.
Ship Quality

It seemed to be well maintained. Only suggestion was the "smoking area" needed cleaned/ash trays emptied more often
Cabin / Stateroom

Well well maintained. Cabin staff was friendly, checked on us. Balcony was wonderful. The upgrad was a surprise and very much appreciated.
Ship tip
While I would recommend MSC and the cruise. I have worned individuals to pay close attention to the ports docking at and the proximity to the percieved city docking at. It was a bit misleading. The distance where docked at vs the city of advertisement
