Review summary

It was not the best cruise I have been on. From the staff to the cleanliness to kids the last two nights running up and down the halls banging on doors till you answer and they go running down hall throwing and smashing food on the floor and walls I was afraid to open my door. Called down no answer. Security. That’s a laugh what security. Should be monitoring the halls at night.

I rate this. I encountered many rude and unhappy staff. That you couldn’t ask anything they would walk right away

The design of the ship is ok this was the second time on it. The cleanness was horrible go down to the smoking and non smoking areas. Filthy drink glasses beer bottle. Garbage all over the tables ashtrays over full

The cleaner only saw him three times the whole cruise we had to keep asking for clean towels and giving him our dirty ones

This is your second trip on this ship and you have another one booked on it?! No fair complaining after that trip. You already hated it so if you go on a third time, that’s on you. How lucky to have Lemon sharks and ray’s in the lagoon when you were there.

Your ship tip is on the money 👍. That's why I don't cruise or go on any vacation in the summer when school is out, and the working people are taking vacations with their families. I also dealt with rude or unfriendly staff on this ship. So I understand. Thanks for your feedback.
