I want to give a shout out to 3 individuals in the dinning room who ensured every dinner I had in that dining room was superb. They are George, the maitre'd who was just amazing as well as John from Las Vegas and my waiter, Romano Nadonza. All worked together to ensure my dinners were nothing short of fantastic.

Food and Dining
4 out of 5
I do not drink, however, I felt the food on deck 15 ( Market Place) was very good. There was alot of variety, for all the different nationalities that sailed. I also thought it was odd that all complementary resturants served the same meal. I was not impressed with the food served in the dining room. I went to the dining room only twice for breakfast. I ordered eggs with toast and figured butter and jelly would come with the toast, but I had to ask for it. One my second trip to the dining room for breakfast, I ordered pancakes and once again had to ask for syrup. After that, I decided to eat my breakfast on Deck 15. As a solo traveler, I sometimes do not want to sit at a table with a bunch of strangers, MSC does not give you the choice to sit at a table by yourself for any meal in the dining room. To me, that is a minus.
Onboard Activities

I thought the gym was excellent. Just did not care for the time limit placed on the recumbent bikes. The pool was amazing. I have been on over 200 hundred cruise, this was my first cruise on MSC and the main pool was large enough to accommodate many passangers. The bamboo pool which is located on deck 15 was also a nice size as was the hot tubs located in the same area.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
The shows were enjoyable, especially with the MSC dancers. The show involving the mentalist, and 3 others was entertaining. The comedian, not so much...
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The service everywhere was inpecckable. The individuals who worked in the ships store to the guest services desk. All very accommodating and personable. My cabin steward Reymon was outstanding. Everything was clean and he made sure I was in need of nothing.
Ship Quality

The ship is ecstatically pleasing. Very beautiful.
Cabin / Stateroom
1 out of 5
I live in a studio in NYC. I am very familiar with small. However, this cabin was ridiculously tiny. I did not even have a so called bed, it was a sofa bed. I understand I was a solo traveler and chose my own cabin, but I think these rooma as small as they are should go for 1/2 price. The bathroom was the same size as any other cabin.
Ship tip
If you are a solo traveler, DO NOT PICK A SOLO CABIN.
I selected a solo cabin on the Meraviglia and it was super nice. It was on Deck 13. It wasn't a sofa bed. It had a real mattress which was very comfortable actually. And it also had a cabin monitor that was like having an ocean view cabin where you can see outdoors.
Unfortunately, you must have selected a different type. YouTube has lots of videos showing both types.
