It's a great ship. Staff is friendly but overworked. Customer service line is very long. Management needs to improve organization and logistics.

Main dining room food and service were very good. Deserts were excellent. Staff seemed to be over worked. More personnel is needed. Buffets were very crowded.

Liked our dining room waiter Albert and assistant waiter Rockie. They worked very hard and tried their most to please.

Common area seems to be well maintained. Atrium is well designed, though the noise level seems to be too loud for the performers.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin is comfortable and roomy. Balcony is great. The cabin floor carpet color is awful and looks dirty. Shower is very good. Bathroom should have a night light for safer access during the night.

With that port, arrive by 8am and it's smooth sailing. They DO NOT board according to your boarding time. It's first come first in. Thanks for your review.
