Review summary
All in all the cruise was good. The staff wonderful. We enjoyed the ports. The ship was beautiful! We feel that there were too many long lines, to shows, dinner, etc. The tendering was horrible. There was no communication to the staff from the administration on what they were supposed to do. The “Yacht Club” needs to have a separate area to get on and off the ship. They were coming up and breaking in line. After you have been waiting an hour, don’t break in front of me unless it’s an emergency. There almost was a passenger mutiny! We have been on several cruises before, Carnival and Royal Caribbean, and never had these issues. Hopefully a lesson was learned on this one. The captain did a wonderful job in diverting a tropical storm. Five stars to him. Again our dining staff, Premarj, Ryan, Russel and our room attendant Suyra were fantastic!
