Beautiful island with very friendly people. Cruise line was not my favorite, could use some improvement.

Review summary

Bermuda was beautiful and fun. New York was a lot of fun. Ship was lovely and excursions were quite enjoyable. Hidden charges for a lot of activities onboard and staff was not very attentive. Food at buffet was the worst I have had on any cruise, and I have been on around 20 cruises.

Employees were not very attentive. Quite a few "hidden" prices, ex: some shows cost extra.

The pools were nice. The few shows they had were good. Food was terrible.

Shows were very good. Only downfall was extra charge to attend some of the shows.

Dining room waiter was excellent. Buffet staff and cabin steward sucked.

Ship was very pretty and was kept clean.

Bathroom was smaller than most. Balcony was smaller than most. Steward rarely came around and cleaned.

Ship tip

Eat in the dining room as often as possible. The buffet upstairs was terrible and normally out of several things.

They've been serving the same "Chinese food' in the ETHNIC section all week long in the buffet. On their other ships they serve Indian, Mexican etc. Haven't seen anything like that 😔. Glad to hear you enjoyed Bermuda. I'm really looking forward to going there at the end of the cruise I'm on.
