In general found the ship accommodations and amenities good, food and drink availability seemed to suffer from supply chain or poor procurement planning. Most experienced cruisers we met had the same feedback i.e., facilities and rooms nice, food and drink lacking.

Went well as we spent most of our waiting time in A/C as it was hot outside on the 26th. Not 5 star as check In processor forgot to provide our room keys before we were sent on our way and had to wait to board ship until new cards were printed.

Service was good in Wave restaurant and Marketplace. Numerous supply chain issues through out the week. No ketchup with breakfast. Wines listed on dinner menu were unavailable. Never made it to a specialty restaurant because it was impossible to book on board. Given the demand why don't you extend the hours they are open? Lost revenue to MSC?
Drinks at the numerous bars were almost impossible to get as there were long waits to get a drink and after waiting they were usually out of many critical ingredients. General impression not enough staff or supplies. It was even worse on the island on the full day we found it impossible to get any drinks without waiting 20 to 30 min.
Onboard Activities

Liked the Adult only pools and hot tubs. No climbing wall. Fitness center was not very accessible. Could not find a simple weigh scale to use. Formula I and 4D were fun

Pretty good in general. Some were better than others. We liked your reservation system and opening available seats at 5 min before show start. The drinks provided for the RockCircus show were a waste of time and money. So bad why bother.

Everyone tried their best but not enough staff in areas such as Bar attendants to make drinks was the biggest fail we saw.

Loved the room in General. Small point of No plug near bed for cpap I had to use. No one told us we had to ask for pool towels from our purser. Wasted alot of time and walking looking for towels poolside.
Ship tip
Go for the Panorama elevators at peak elevator usage times.
Enjoyed swimming and snorkeling off the beach. When snorkeling off Bimini Beach the boat watching swimmers was very helpful pointing highlights to shallow dive down to- A Manta Ray 20" and 3 spiny lobsters under a rock. Kayaks were too faraway for us to reach when we found where they were on the half day.
Biggest issue on the full day were the slow lines for Buffet and drinks. Is there a better system/process to avoid waiting in lines? Lots of improvements needed here.
