Review summary

I will not be cruising with MSC again. Even though the ship was very nice the communication and customer service was awful and left a bad taste in our mouths.

Out of diets sodas at bars often. Had to pay extra for crepes. Good was sub par.

The activities were fun but not all were included. Disappointing

Magic show was fine but they only offered shows 2 of the 4 nights

Very poor. It was an “I don’t care” attitude. If they didn’t have it they were like move on…next!

It was nice but we only had 6 hours there. Small and not much to do. Couldn’t do any excursions.

Beaches were beautiful. But the buffet closed early and they were rude. We were told to leave a beach with no reason. Had to rent snorkel equipment for $38 which is ridiculously expensive for snorkel equipment

Meraviglia was the last ship we were on before Covid. Our only complaint was,the food in the MDR. Other than that it was great! Sorry you had a bad experience.

Thanks for the review. People seem to love or hate MSC. The Spring Break crowds seem to have overwhelmed many of the cruise lines from reviews I have seen.
