Review summary

Beautiful and spotless ship. Did 7night 4 night back to back. Only approximately 500 on 7 night and 1200 on 4 night. With so few guest the food service in the dinner room was beyond slow. Had to ask numerous times to get anything. Other that that my only other complaint was the quality of the food in the main dinner and buffet was far below what as a experience cruiser expect. Had the same issue on the Seaside the only other MSC to have cruised. Would definitely cruise on MSC again if the rates are great but would spend a little more to sail on another line with better food quality, variety and dinning service

Thanks for the review. I was on Meraviglia for 7 nights in January and had a great experience. Food is obviously subjective, but I found a good selection and quality in both the dining room and buffet and thought the food was on par with what I experienced on Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Princess and Holland America. There were less than 600 on my sailing, but there were no issues with service in the dining room. I chose the same waiter each night and it never took more than 45 minutes from being seated to leaving the restaurant.
