I’ve cruised before but first time with MSC. I loved the ship and service. The ports we visited were great (Bonaire, Curaçao and Ocean Cay). I was aggravated with customer service prior to boarding because I would get different answers depending on who I spoke with but if covid wasn’t in the picture I wouldn’t have had any questions. I would definitely recommend this ship!

Workers at the port were extremely nice. Very long process (about 3 hours) just standing in line. Stood the whole time, very disorganized. We had to show out paperwork three times before we even went through security. Never found out what the hold up was.

Onboard Activities

Water slides, rope course, hot tub, pool, arcade, bowling, ping pong and foosball all were great! My grandsons played at the sportsplex they liked it but hours weren’t very long and was only open to vaccinated kids. Workers were fantastic there as well.

Shows were good in the theater and carousel.

Ship tip
If everyone is vaccinated there should be no problems at all. If you have any unvaccinated children with you there will be very limited excursions and some onboard activities.
We did the country drive excursion through MSC because we had unvaccinated young children. Tour was good. Wonderful and friendly island. Those that were vaccinated went to Mambo beach after tour. Beautiful water and great snorkeling
