Review summary

This was our first time cruising with MSC. It was all we had hoped. Our trip had great stops and our sailing was smooth. The shows were top notch entertainment and we really enjoy the movies on deck. It would be nice to have movies at the pool during the day too, like we have had on other cruises. Bar and wait staff was excellent and very kind. Will certainly cruise again with MSC

Main dining room was awesome: we were in Olivia...Oscar was our main attendant there, he was great! all the wait staff was very attentive and friendly. Buffets were clean, very good food, well organized and well staffed. we did not use any specialty restaurants.

We were delighted with all the staff, our room steward was Raymond, our Dining staff was Oscar in Olivia, we had many awesome bartenders at the main pool bar and in the Horizon bar.

Our room was awesome! very comfortable for sure. Raymond was great! we lacked nothing.

Ship tip

Get to know your staff and servers...they are so fun and made our trip really enjoyable. Bring extra money for additional tipping as you will want to thank all your staff extra! They deserve it for sure

Beautiful beaches. We spent time at South Beach. Was clean and easy to get to and round. Bars and food service were great and well staffed with fun servers. Gift shops were wonderful as well

Our first experience with MSC was also on Meraviglia. Awesome experience! Agree with your comments concerning the ship. She is a true beauty! We enjoyed spending time in the various venues on and around the promenade and had trouble passing the gelato without having some! Only thing we thought could be improved was the evening meal in the MDR. It seemed to us that the food was rather bland and uninspiring. Steak house was totally awesome! We will definitely look toward MSC again! Thanks for your review!
