Review summary

ALOT GOOD AND SOMETHINGS NOT SO GOOD. MYSELF AND OTHER MSC CRUISERS PREFER THE SEASIDE OVER THE MERAVIGLIA AND HOPE THE SEASIDE WILL COME BACK FROM EUROPE SOON. WE WOULD RATHER SAIL ON THE SEASIDE ON OUR DEC 27 BOOKING BUT MAYBE THE DISAPOINTING THINGS WILL BE CORRECTED BY THEN.

SPOTTY AT BEST. DECK 19 STAFF WERE ALWAYS EXCELLENT. DINING ROOM STAFF NEED MUCH MORE TRAINING. THEY COULDN'T GET ORDERS RIGHT,DIDN'T KNOW DRINK BRANDS OR NAMES OF DRINKS ON THE MENU. ENGLISH WAS A PROBLEM FOR SOME. ROOM STEWARD WAS OK BUT SEEMED TO BE BEING UTILIZED FOR TOO MANY STATEROOMS. OUR BUTLER INTRODUCED HIMSELF ON DAY ONE AND WE NEVER SAW HIM AGAIN.

WE PAY EXTRA GOR YACHT CLUB AND ARE SATISFIED WITH WHAT WE HAVE RECEIVED OVER THE YEARS.

Ship tip

IF YOU HAVE SAILED WITH MSC IN THE PAST ON THE SEASIDE DON'T EXPECT THE SAME TIME ON THE MERAVIGLIA. IT IS MORE OF A EUROPEAN ATTMOSPHERE RATHER THAN THE MIAMI BEACH VIBE.

RAIN CANCELLED THE EXCURSIONS THE FIRST DAY AND THEY WERE ALL BOOKED THE SECOND DAY. THEY DID NOT OFFER THE SUNSET BEACH PICNIC WHICH WAS SOMETHING WE ENJOYED IN 2019 YACHT CLUB LUNCH ON THE ISLAND COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER HAD THEY NOT SERVED IT AN THE DINING ROOM THE NIGHT BEFORE BECAUSE OF THE RAIN.

We r going on same ship 🚢 in 38 days for a 8 day ceuise. We have been on seaside too. Thanks for ur review ... we too r in yacht club. Prbly will eat on 19th day time and evening go between specialty restaurants and yc dinning room .. after reading ur review. Tks for the heads up so we can now be prepared where we shld eat... We cruise msc as often as we can for the YACHT CLUB area specifically so I appreciate ur yc review.... thank u very much

Amazing time with my husband, it was his first cruise and he loved it. Already booked a 7 night cruise with MSC. Staff was AMAZING , food was great! I loved that they actually had real savory food! I don't know why you all speak so horrible about the food
